Hi, I’m Darian — and I’m so glad you’re here. I believe therapy should feel like a space where you can show up without having to explain everything right away. A space where we take things slow, get curious, and find clarity together — without pressure or pretense.
Clients often tell me they feel more grounded and seen after sessions with me. I work from a trauma-informed, relational lens and specialize in helping people navigate life transitions, relationship stress, and the sometimes invisible weight of anxiety and shame.
My goal isn’t to “fix” you, it’s to help you listen more gently to yourself.
When I’m not in session, I love spending time outside, journaling, and tending to my own mental wellness. I believe in rest, boundaries, and the power of community.

Individual Counseling (Virtual Only)

Transitioning from military to civilian life can bring unique challenges, from PTSD and anxiety to finding a new sense of purpose. Our client-centered therapy provides a safe, supportive space where veterans can explore their experiences and build coping strategies. We tailor each session to your needs, empowering you to heal and move forward at your own pace.
Couples Counseling (Virtual Only)
$150 or sliding scale
Military life affects both veterans and their partners, often bringing stress, communication struggles, and reintegration challenges. Our client-centered couples therapy helps rebuild trust, strengthen emotional connections, and navigate these unique dynamics. Together, we create a supportive space where both partners feel heard, understood, and equipped with tools for a resilient relationship.
